Drawing Class Studies

Here are a few drawings from class tonight. I was feeling a bit restless and frustrated...but I have a theory that frustration comes in waves and it is a part of learning, right?

Guitar Part I

just sketching some design ideas for a painting for my husband who loves to play and record music in our basement...he's really good too.
Looking at this again - I think what it needs is more contrast between the brown and orange - there is not enough emphasis on the focal point - the guitar. Also, it needs something else - more movement, more texture...

The Theory of the T-Bone
